Home Visit Requests
- Our clinical staff prefer to see patients in the surgery where records are available, and essential equipment is at hand.
- All home visits will be triaged by a GP
- Please request a home visit before 11 a.m. in order that this can be considered and arranged if appropriate.
- Transportation is not a valid reason for a home visit.
