The Practice predominantly uses a telephone triage for appointments. If a clinician feels you need a face to face appointment they will ask you to attend the surgery. A telephone consultation is particularly useful to report the progress of a condition or a change in condition.
If you feel that such a contact will be helpful for you, please ask the receptionist to ask the clinician to phone you back, time is allocated during the surgery session for this purpose.
